Credits will be subtracted for certain actions in the app like sending a message to Mitto. The number of credits depend on certain factors like what AI model is being used. For example, sending a message using the model GPT 4.1 costs 1 credit.

There are two types of upgrades: (1) Upgrading between tiers (e.g., Plus to Pro) - you're charged for the new plan in full right away and receive all the new credits immediately, while your existing credits remain active until their natural expiry date. (2) Increasing credits within the same tier (e.g., Plus 600 to Plus 1000) - you pay the difference between your current and new pricing immediately, receive the additional credits right away, and on renewal you'll be charged the new amount.

When you downgrade, you keep your current credits until your next renewal date. The lower credit amount and pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No immediate charges or refunds are applied.

When increasing credits within the same tier (e.g., Plus 600 to Plus 1000), you pay the difference between your current and new pricing immediately and receive the additional credits right away. On renewal, you'll be charged the new amount.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. You can manage your payment methods in your Profile Settings and set a default method for automatic billing.

Yes! We offer full refunds for unused credits within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, credits are non-refundable.

Credits are automatically renewed at the start of each billing cycle. Credits automatically expire at the end of each billing cycle - unused credits from the previous month do not roll over. Each month you receive your full credit allocation based on your current plan.

Yes, you can cancel anytime without penalties. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid plan and credits until the end of your current billing period, then you'll be moved to the Free plan.
